"Shockingly impressive customer service from this State Farm branch. Liz went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue with the claims dept after a flooded kitchen. She absolutely did not need to do anything to support me once I had already signed up for a policy. Most agents wouldnt in fact. I think I got a randomly bad adjuster, or maybe just one having a bad day (State Farm usually has decent people in claims). I reached out to Liz for help or guidance and she dropped everything to help me and get my claim sorted out. Again, sales has nothing to do with claims. She did not need to help me at all. You dont associate insurance companies and caring about customers very often. Despite what their commercials say, ive found they only care about money and do everything in their power to pay you less than they should and as slow as humanly possible. Thats their business model. Its fine. We all know the game. Liz is the opposite. You can tell she actually cares and is in the insurance business, besides to make a living, for altruistic reasons. Not just make a sale and forget about you. My family has 3 houses and 5 cars insured with State Farm and I was close to pulling them all and going to another company at my next renewal until I spoke to Liz and she started making some calls and got my claim back on the right track. Moral of the story, all insurance companies are brutal to deal with. So sign up with one that has an agent with your best interests at heart. Even if they aren't the cheapest policy. It's worth the extra money in the short term to know Liz has your back if you ever get into a jam like I did. I worked really hard to buy my house. I'm going to stick with people who demonstrate integrity to cover it. Thank you Liz and team!"
